TICKETS AND CONFERENCE FEES
Student
The discounted student rate applies to students enrolled in a college/university program (e.g., as PhD student). Registration with a valid college/university email address is required.
Regular
The regular rate applies to all participants (except students) regardless of their affiliation (e.g., academia, industry, policy, government, NGO).
Online only
The online-only rate applies to the online track, including a live stream/recording of the plenary sessions (e.g., keynotes), online paper presentations/discussions, and other selected sessions. Those who wish to participate in the “online-only” virtual conference will need to indicate this during the submission.
Post-conference visit**
Interested in the post-conference event?
On the day after the conference, interested attendees get the opportunity to explore more open innovation in practice in the region. The exact program will be determined later, but previously we visited, for example, NASA, Facebook, Google, Tecnalia Research and Innovation Center, Bilbao Port Lab, ASML, and the Philips Museum.
OI PhD Course**
Interested in the PhD Course?
20 PhD students and junior scholars will get a deep dive into the latest research from the OI field while developing their research proposals and/or papers.
* The Early Bird rate ends on September 23, 2024.
** Post-conference visit and OI PhD course tickets cannot be purchased separately.
